Why should I engage a lawyer?
Get in touch- You will be able to make well-informed decisions about your options and the path your matter will take;
- The process will be dealt with more efficiently, as opposed to if you were representing yourself;
- Getting things right the first time, minimising potential issues or mistakes arising from lack of knowledge or experience, thereby saving on time and money in the long run;
- A degree of separation from the matter, where you may not wish to engage with the other side personally, or directly;
- A sense of security and peace of mind from knowing you have been informed of all your options and explored alternatives to litigation (in some cases); and
- Achieving a better outcome than may otherwise have been achievable alone.
